Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to take part in our Project Management Team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, MIS or related fields
  • Having at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in several software projects
  • Having basic knowledge of database
  • Ability to work in a team, willingness to share experience and knowledge with colleagues

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing and processing requirements in line with ODC’s project management methodology.
  • Creating and managing project documentation including business requirements, functional design documents to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget within customer expectations.
  • Preparing and executing test plans, including defect tracking and reporting, to confirm that requirements are accurate and complete.
  • Building relationships between business and software development team to ensure successful communication and implementation.
  • Facilitating product training and communication to ensure solutions are effective and understood.
  • Taking responsibility to deliver the high-quality project management cycle within estimated timeline.
  • Working closely with Software Development Team to support the continuous review and improvement of product development processes and maximizing the quality of products.
  • Organizing and maintaining project plan with project managers according to recent updates.

  • Involving in business analyses and test processes to ensure the quality of Project
  • Managing project implementations

Responsibilities

  • Installing, managing, maintaining, supporting and improving applications and all associated tools
  • Engaging with business, account and customer contacts to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and service improvement
  • Identifying and managing service challenges and developing plans
  • Driving continuous service and quality improvements. Proactively monitor, analyze, plan, deliver and measure/report
  • Working closely with Development, Infrastructure and Project Management
  • Carrying out reporting and documentation by the organizational standards
  • Conducting root cause analysis and solving problems in managed structures and customer projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering)
  • Good command of English both written and spoken. Communication with global customers is required in English
  • Having a driving license B
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • At least 2 years of experience managing Microsoft IIS and Windows Server platforms
  • At least 2 years of experience managing SQL Server and Oracle database platforms
  • At least 2 years of experience within a Middleware Operations, Application Management , Application Support or Delivery function (national or international)
  • Experience with RabbitMQ, Redis, Jasmin or MongoDB are preferred
  • Experience of designing, implementing and administering  Windows and Linux Application platforms including high availability solution in a 24×7 business critical environment  are preferred
  • Microsoft, Oracle, Linux certifications are preferred
